Greg (outside sales) listened to our needs and concerns. His recommendation was exactly what we wanted. Greg was not overly anxious to make a sale. We did not feel "rushed" to make a decision. He was accommodating in all respects, friendly, helpful and professional. When we visited the office to make a deposit Debbie (inside sales) took time to listen to us about our preferences. She showed us other window options, although we had already upgraded to special windows. However, she showed us the "reflections" line and we are now thrilled with the most beautiful garage door in our patio home complex. There was no pressure on her part to change our original order, but, with her effort to show us all options, we now have garage windows that blend perfectly with both our front entrance and side service doors. Nick and Justin (installers) are very respectful, friendly, professional, hard-working young men and are assets to your company. They answered all questions. They were neat and organized workers.
